Connect Clerk to enable the dashboard

The human dashboard uses Clerk for authentication. Add NEXT_PUBLIC_CLERK_PUBLISHABLE_KEY and CLERK_SECRET_KEY in Project Settings. Until then, the REST API and MCP server remain fully functional using API keys.
